For founder David Trapasso, that light first shone along the shores of Stratford, Connecticut, where childhood afternoons painting lighthouses with his grandfather taught him vision, patience, and perspective.

Years later — after careers in art, teaching, marketing, and film — David glimpsed a lighthouse through the fog while driving the Connecticut coast. In that moment, everything connected: we help others find their way with strategy, creativity, and light.

Lighthouse Media and Strategies was born to do just that — guiding organizations through complex waters. From government agencies and nonprofits to coastal businesses in hospitality, healthcare, and beyond, we bring clarity, direction, and purpose through communication, strategy, and storytelling that cuts through the fog.

David Trapasso is dedicated to helping organizations communicate with clarity and purpose. With a background in art, teaching, marketing, and film, David brings a thoughtful mix of creativity and strategy to every project.

Inspired by his early years painting lighthouses with his grandfather, he built Lighthouse Media on the idea of guiding others through the fog — helping brands, nonprofits, and government agencies share their message through education, outreach, and storytelling that drives real impact.
